We understand the importance of hassle-free parking for your events, which is why Silo Event Center proudly offers a private, gated parking lot that can accommodate up to 200 guests. Our venue is situated with a spacious and well-organized parking lot that accommodates vehicles of all sizes. It features clearly marked spaces, wide drive lanes, and easy-to-follow signage. The smooth pavement ensures a safe driving experience, and the surrounding greenery enhances its appeal. Adequate lighting provides visibility and security, making it a practical and welcoming area for visitors. This blend of on-site and nearby parking options ensures that arriving at and departing from your event at Silo Event Center is effortless for all your guests.
OVERTIME
Per Silo Event Center policy, overtime will be billed at an hourly rate of $500. The space must be vacated, and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it. Guests must respect the space and tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals they bring in and should factor this setup and teardown time into their booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file per Silo Event Center policy.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Please refer to Silo Event Center Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
At Silo Event Center, we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure efficient scheduling and fair treatment for all our clients. Please review our cancellation policy as detailed in your contract.
Non-Refundable Retainer: A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking. This retainer serves as a commitment fee and guarantees your reserved date and time. In the event of cancellation, the retainer amount will not be refunded.
To help limit the spread of the coronavirus, Silo Event Center has protocols in place so guests can book with peace of mind. We do the following prior to each booking:
Sweep, mop, and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access, including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
